Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, due to cancellations at short notice and a high demand for appointments, we are now implementing a Cancellation/No-show Fee.

Appointments missed or cancelled on the day may be charged a fee of $90.

A confirmation text message is sent to you the day before your appointment and we appreciate you responding to confirm or cancel.
